Amos Burg Motion Picture Collection 1928-1979

The collection contains materials from Burg's 50-year career in motion pictures. Includes footage from around the world: Scandinavia, Spain, Thailand, Venezuela, Britain, Indonesia and much of the United States, especially Alaska. There is a concentration on the children and natural resources of these areas.

Approx. 100 reels nitrate filmstock, approx. 78,000 ft., silent and sound., b&w and color, 35 mm.; Approx. 420 reels safety filmstock, approx. 315,000 ft.
